Participant Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

This Participant Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) applies to all tours, workshops, wellness sessions, and experiences (“Activities”) booked through GoTruVibe Group Pte. Ltd. (“GoTruVibe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By booking or participating in any Activity, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Activity and understand the nature of the Activity I have booked.

2. Assumption of Risks

I acknowledge that participation in the Activity may involve inherent risks including (but not limited to):

  • Physical exertion or fatigue
  • Weather or environmental conditions
  • Uneven surfaces, steps, or outdoor terrain
  • Allergic reactions to food or environmental factors
  • Discomfort from mindfulness or wellness practices
  • Interaction with the public or wildlife

I accept full responsibility for my own health and safety.

3. Health & Fitness Declaration

I confirm that:

  • I am physically fit to participate
  • I do not have any condition that may be aggravated by the Activity
  • I will inform the organiser of any relevant medical condition

I understand that the Activity is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge:

GoTruVibe Group Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, agents, Partners, and affiliated parties

from any liability for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage to property
  • Accidents, delays, or inconvenience
  • Any claims arising from participation in the Activity

whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Responsibility of Partners

I understand that each Activity is organised and delivered by an independent Partner, who is solely responsible for:

  • Safety management
  • Instructions and supervision
  • Experience delivery and performance

GoTruVibe is not responsible for the design or operation of the Activity.

6. Compliance With Instructions

I agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions from the organiser
  • Use equipment responsibly
  • Inform the organiser immediately of any discomfort or hazard

Failure to comply may result in removal from the Activity without refund.

7. Photo & Video Consent

I consent to GoTruVibe and the Partner capturing and using photos or videos taken during the Activity for:

  • Social media content
  • Marketing and promotional purposes

If I do not wish to be featured, I will inform the organiser before the start of the Activity.

8. Personal Belongings

I am responsible for safeguarding my personal items.
GoTruVibe is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Alcohol & Intoxication

If the Activity includes consumption of alcohol:

  • I will consume responsibly
  • I may be removed if intoxicated or unsafe
  • Refund will not be provided in such cases

10. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoTruVibe from any claims or liabilities resulting from:

  • My own actions or negligence
  • Any breach of this Agreement

11. Minors

Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide consent and assume responsibility on their behalf.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Singapore courts.
