2. Who can become a GoTruVibe Partner?

  • Artisan or craft workshop hosts
  • Community-based wellness facilitators

  • As long as the experience is aligned with wellness, culture, or mindful exploration, you are eligible.

    3. Is it free to join as a partner?

    Yes. Partner registration and listing creation are free.

    4. How do I list my experience?

    1. Create a partner account
    2. Complete your profile
    3. Submit your experience listing
    4. Our team reviews and approves it
    5. Once approved, your listing goes live

    Payments are processed through Stripe and transferred to your connected account after the experience is completed.

    7. Does GoTruVibe take a commission?

    During early partner onboarding phase, we may implement reduced commission or commission-free months. Standard commission will apply later and will be communicated to partners in advance.

    8. How do cancellations work? (Partner side)

    Guests may cancel according to GoTruVibe’s policy. If you need to cancel, please do so early to avoid negative impact—frequent cancellations may lead to suspension.
