These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoTruVibe website, platform, and services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services
GoTruVibe provides a digital platform that enables users to discover and book local tours, wellness sessions, and community experiences hosted by independent third-party organisers (“Partners”).
GoTruVibe does not operate, own, or manage the experiences listed on the Platform. Our role is limited to:
- Facilitating discovery and booking
- Providing secure payment options where applicable
- Supporting Platform-related enquiries
When you book an experience, you are entering into a direct agreement with the Partner supplying that experience.
GoTruVibe is not a party to that agreement.
3. Regulatory Compliance & STB Position
GoTruVibe does not provide transport or accommodation as part of any listing on the Platform.
GoTruVibe does not carry on the business of a travel agent as defined under the Singapore Travel Agents Act (Cap. 334) and is therefore not required to hold a Travel Agent Licence.
Partners are responsible for ensuring they hold any relevant licences required for their activities.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Confirming suitability and availability before booking
- Complying with all safety instructions provided by Partners
- Assessing any risks related to participation
Participation is voluntary. You assume full responsibility for your own decisions and safety.
5. Partner Obligations
Partners acknowledge and agree that they:
- Are fully responsible for delivery, safety, and accuracy of their experiences
- Possess any necessary licences, approvals, and insurance
- Set their own cancellation and refund policies
- Are solely liable for performance and conduct of their activities
GoTruVibe may delist Partners who fail to comply.
6. Payments & Fees
Payments processed via the Platform are handled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) through authorised payment gateways.
GoTruVibe may charge a platform or service fee, displayed before payment. This fee is non-refundable once a booking is completed.
All monetary transactions related to the experience remain strictly between the User and the Partner.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms depend entirely on each Partner’s stated policies.
Refund requests must be directed to the Partner.
GoTruVibe is not liable for any non-performance or cancellation by Partners.
However, we may assist with communication as a neutral intermediary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- GoTruVibe is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or claims arising from participation in any experience
- All information on the Platform is provided “as is”, without warranty
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User to GoTruVibe for the specific transaction
Users agree to participate at their own risk.
9. Indemnity
Users and Partners agree to indemnify GoTruVibe against any claims arising from:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misconduct, inaccuracy, or negligence
- Violation of any applicable laws
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including logos, trademarks, brand assets, text, and media, are the intellectual property of:

11. PDPA & Privacy
GoTruVibe complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) (“PDPA”).
By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data strictly for booking and communication purposes, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Updates to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
